So much easier to press a few buttons to order taxi. Than waiting to listen to lots of numbers and questions on the phone. Makes my life so much easier

Needed an early morning tax to the airporti and it didn't arrive, called the number for the operator and no one answered, 30mins later the taxi is on its way. Don't bother.
Easy to use
Pointless. If you use it to prebook a car it doesn't actually create a booking and it doesn't let the system/driver know in advance. So when it's time to be picked up, THAT'S when it starts looking for available cars. Do NOT recommend.
